Nexity Grand Paris and Ywood (Nexity Grup) are building 4 office buildings in the Val d’Europe Business Park. Respectful of the environment, with user comfort in mind, the offices are solid wood structures created for economical usage.

Situated in the Val d’Europe Business park in the Parc Farrady, Serris, the project is being developed by Nexity and Ywood is composed of 4 office buildings over two phases. The building permit was presented this summer and the first phase of the two buildings is under construction.

A response to local demand

The development partner of the business park, Euro Disney Associés SCA, the SAN du Val d’Europe and the vendors (BNP Real Estate, DBX, CBRE and Keops) are aiming at SMEs and SMIs and growing start-up businesses. But this diversified offer can be adapted to all activities, including large enterprises, with units available from 150m² for purchase or for rent.

The 4 office buildings will enrich the range of lodgings for enterprises in Val d’Europe, which is the SAN du Val d’Europe’s desired strategy in terms of economic development and responds to local demand.

An innovative, ecological and sustainable construction system

The future office development will be built according to the Ywood solid wood construction process. The building structure is made entirely of CLT wood panels (Cross Laminated Timber or cross laminated wood), with a very low carbon footprint. The construction process will ensure a clean “dry ” building site because it requires almost no water.

Nexity can also guarantee short delivery times: 6 to 8 month to complete the first two buildings. The first phase is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.

In addition, Ywood buildings are developed to guarantee cost control and to allow excellent energy performance, in terms of acoustics, comfort, heat and light.
